Services Performed: Fortis has inspected the 10 story condo building as part of the SIRS process requirements. The inspection included Electrical and Structural disciplines. From that assessment we prepared the SIRS analysis tables and the report required by the Authorities. We have discussed our findings with the Board and property management.

SIRS analysis documents were submitted to the client.
