Project Type: Building Restoration Engineering Services
Services Performed: Fortis has inspected the Brynwood Condo building as part of the building recertification process. The inspection included both Electrical and Structural disciplines as well as Parking Lot Illumination and Thermography services. From that assessment we developed permit plans and helped the association select a general contractor for the repairs. Our engineers oversee the quality and quantity of repairs, respond quickly to any RFI-s, perform Special Inspections and prepare progress reports for the association.
Outcome:
Project is ongoing, restoration efforts are on schedule to be finished in 2026.
