Project Type: Building Restoration Engineering Services
Services Performed: Fortis has inspected the Condo building as part of the building recertification process. From that assessment we developed permit plans and list of required repair items. Our engineers oversee the quality and quantity of repairs, respond quickly to any RFI-s, perform Special Inspections and prepare progress reports for the association.
Outcome:
Project is ongoing, restoration efforts are on schedule to be finished in 2026.
