Project Type: Building Restoration Engineering Services
Services Performed: Fortis has inspected the Condo building as part of the building recertification process. From that assessment we developed permit plans and helped the association select a general contractor for the repairs. Our engineers oversee the quality and quantity of repairs, review shoring design plans, respond quickly to any RFI-s, perform Special Inspections and prepare progress reports for the association.
Outcome:
Project is ongoing, restoration efforts are on schedule to be finished in 2026.
